Chinese ravioli stuffed with cabbage and pork with vegetable broth

Ingredients

  • 20 sheets of wonton wrappers or 200 g fresh lasagna pasta
  • 150 g white cabbage
  • 150 g carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 150 g chopped pork meat
  • 200 ml vegetable or chicken broth
  • 100 ml soy sauce Dash of hot or sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon 5 Guhzai Chinese spices (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Peel and chop the carrot and the onion. Chop the cabbage and wash it. Sautee these 3 ingredients in a pan with oil for 6-7 minutes. Add the meat, spices, salt and continue cooking for 5 more minutes, stirring frequently. If you are using the lasagna pasta, cut sheets into squares, 8-9 cm on each side. Place a teaspoonful of the pork meat mixture in the middle of each sheet and close it by pressing down on the previously moistened edges with you fingers.You can also make little packages. Pour the broth into the case, place the tray on top and place the raviolis on the tray. Close and cook in the microwave for 3-4 minutes, until the raviolis are soft. Serve in a shallow bowl and cover with the broth. Serve the soy sauce separately.
