Chicken and vegetable skewers

Go ahead and prepare these skewers in just 10 minutes!!

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 aubergine
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Massalé spices (curcuma, coriander, cumin, mustard, pepper, cinnamon, clove, bay leaf) or 1 tablespoon mild curry
- ½ glass of white wine
- ½ glass of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon corn flower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 150 g boiled white rice
- Salt
- Sweet paprika
Method
- Dice the chicken and eggplant evenly (about 2 cm).
- Marinate the chicken with the gran masala, curry powder, and sweet paprika for a few minutes.
- Assemble the skewers using wooden skewers, alternating the following ingredients: chicken, eggplant, chicken, and tomato.
- Add the wine and broth to the Steamer Case, place the tray, arrange the skewers on it, and microwave for 1 minute at full power (800 W).
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a tablespoon of water, add it to the liquid in the base of the Steamer Case, and cook for another minute.
- Serve the chicken skewers with vegetables using the Quick Quinoa & Rice Cooker, for example.
