Ingredients
- 500 g. cream cheese (Philadelphia style)
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300 g cream
- 50 g corn starch
Method
- Pre-heat oven 30 minutes in advance to 170º C Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Use a blender to mix the batter until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Place the batter in the mould and bake in a preheated oven at 170º C for 45-50 minutes.
- After baking, leave the cheesecake to cool before turning it out.
- This delicious cheesecake can be served with raspberry sauce or wild berry ice cream.
