Cheese and Bacon Muffins

Ingredients

  • 300g light flour
  • powdered yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fine-grain salt
  • 85g butter
  • 140g chopped bacon
  • 175g Emmental cheese
  • 1 egg beated
  • 250ml milk

Method

  1. Beat the butter until creamy, add the flour, yeast, paprika and salt, previously sifted.
  2. When well blended, add the bacon and cheese and last, the beaten egg and milk.
  3. Fill the moulds, decorate with grated cheese and back 20 minutes at 200 ºC (390 ºF).
