Cheese and Bacon Muffins

Ingredients
- Recipe made by Albert Iglesias - El Nostre Pá (Bcn)
- 300g light flour
- powdered yeast
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon fine-grain salt
- 85g butter
- 140g chopped bacon
- 175g Emmental cheese
- 1 egg beated
- 250ml milk
Method
- Beat the butter until creamy, add the flour, yeast, paprika and salt, previously sifted.
- When well blended, add the bacon and cheese and last, the beaten egg and milk.
- Fill the moulds, decorate with grated cheese and back 20 minutes at 200 ºC (390 ºF).
