Cauliflower pie

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of pastry dough
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pinch of oregano

Method

  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. Place the onion and the chopped pepper in one of the 2 steam recipients and place on top of the saucepan.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into florets, place it in the second steam recipient and fit it into the other recipient.
  4. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Divide the pastry into 2 equal halves. Mix the cooked vegetables with the other ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Distribute the blend over one of the pasty halves and cover with the other half, closing the edges well with a fork.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
