Cauliflower pie

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of pastry dough
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- salt
- pepper
- pinch of oregano
Method
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- Place the onion and the chopped pepper in one of the 2 steam recipients and place on top of the saucepan.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets, place it in the second steam recipient and fit it into the other recipient.
- Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Divide the pastry into 2 equal halves. Mix the cooked vegetables with the other ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Distribute the blend over one of the pasty halves and cover with the other half, closing the edges well with a fork.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
