Caramel & nut sticks

Ingredients

  • 200 g sugar
  • 70 g nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts, walnuts, macadamia…)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

  1. Chop the nuts
  2. Place the sugar in a saucepan, add the lemon juice and cook until you obtain a clear caramel. Add the nuts, stir and remove from heat quickly before the caramel darkens.
  3. Pour into C’rush trays and allow to cool. Once cool, remove from the C’rush tray.
  4. You can also serve the cubes after dipping one end in melted chocolate.
