Apples Stuffed with Black Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 golden apples
  • 2 black “morcillas”
  • 30 g of butter
  • 4 spoonfuls of sweet wine
  • Salt, pepper, cinnamon

Method

  1. Cut the apples in half and empty them.
  2. Peel the “morcillas” and cut them into 8 pieces.
  3. Stuff the apples with the “morcilla” and season it with cinnamon, salt and pepper.
  4. Put the white wine and the apples at the bottom of the papillote.
  5. Put a small ball of butter on each apple and bake at 180 º C for 30 minutes.
