A healthy and complete microwave recipe: monkfish with cauliflower cream.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 1 medium
  • potato 1/2 glass of milk
  • 2 monkfish
  • loins Extra
  • virgin olive oil Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Wash the cauliflower, peel the potato and chop them into even pieces. Then put them in the Steam Case along with a little water and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power (800 W).
  2. Mash the cauliflower and potato with the blender along with the hot milk and a little salt and pepper (you can add a little more milk if the mixture is too thick). Season to taste and set aside.
  3. Place the monkfish loins in the Steam Case and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cauliflower and potato cream to the base of the dish, arrange the monkfish fillets on top and season with olive oil and salt.
