Paprika crisps

Prepare in 7 minutes and in the microwave some paprika chips!

Ingredients

  • Soaked lentils 75 g
  • Raw potato 75 g
  • Salt 1⁄2 tsp
  • Smoked paprika 1 tsp
  • Sweet paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1/4 tsp
  • Powdered garlic 1/4 tsp

Method

  1. Soak the lentils for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Peel and cut the potato into small pieces. Place the drained lentils, potato, salt and spices in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula until the holes are completely full.
  4. Remove the top guide and microwave for 4 minutes at 800W. Let the steam escape from the microwave, then cook for 3 more minutes.
  5. Remove the product from the microwave and leave the crisps to stand for 1 minute, or until they cool down and get a crisp texture.
