Noodles mar y montaña

Ingredients
- 240 g arroz noodles
- 2 large carrots
- 100 g the spaguetti de mar (algas)
- 10 g toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 cda de tamari
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 l of water
Method
- Put the water in the Pasta Cooker and heat at full power in the microwave for 5 min. or put water in a pot and bring to the boil.
- Put the rice noodles in and leave them submerged for approx. 4 min (follow the instructions on the package for the timing). Drain the water from the noodles using the lid of the Pasta Cooker.
- Wash the carrot, put it in the spiral cutter and turn to obtain your carrot spirals.
- Mix the rice noodles, the "fake" carrot spaghetti and the sea spaghetti.
- Serve warm or cold according to your preferences.
- Dress with sesame oil, tamari and toasted sesame.
- Tips: You can add or substitute other vegetables such as zucchini, cucumber, parsnip... according to your preferences. These should be fresh so that they are easier to turn in the cutter. Recipe suitable for people with lactose and gluten intolerance.
