Black rice noodles with seasonal vegetables and tamari

Ingredients
- 240 g. of black rice or white
- rice noodles 500 ml. of water
- 1 carrot
- 10 cherry
- tomatoes 1/2 zucchini
- 8 cooked quail eggs
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g. mushrooms
- 80 g. peas
- Salt
- 20 ml tamari
Method
- Cut the mushrooms into 1/4, the zucchini into half-moons, the carrot into thin slices and set aside.
- Put the noodles in the Pasta Cooker, cover them with water and cook for 6 minutes at maximum power (800W). The timing will be determined by the directions on the pasta packet.
- Once cooked, drain them and add the rest of the ingredients Mix well and cook again in the Microwave for 2 more minutes at maximum power (800W).
- Finally, add the cooked quail eggs cut in half and serve.
