Black rice noodles with seasonal vegetables and tamari

Ingredients

  • 240 g. of black rice or white
  • rice noodles 500 ml. of water
  • 1 carrot
  • 10 cherry
  • tomatoes 1/2 zucchini
  • 8 cooked quail eggs
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g. mushrooms
  • 80 g. peas
  • Salt
  • 20 ml tamari

Method

  1. Cut the mushrooms into 1/4, the zucchini into half-moons, the carrot into thin slices and set aside.
  2. Put the noodles in the Pasta Cooker, cover them with water and cook for 6 minutes at maximum power (800W). The timing will be determined by the directions on the pasta packet.
  3. Once cooked, drain them and add the rest of the ingredients Mix well and cook again in the Microwave for 2 more minutes at maximum power (800W).
  4. Finally, add the cooked quail eggs cut in half and serve.
