Mezclum de espaguetis de hortalizas y calamar

Ingredients
- 150 g of squid
- 1 medium
- carrot 1 medium
- parsnip 1 clove of sliced garlic
- 1/4 of cayenne or chilli
- Salt
- White pepper
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Wash carrot and parsnip; then use a Spiral Cutter to get the spaghetti.
- Put a tablespoon of oil, garlic and cayenne in the Steam Case 3-4p and cook in the microwave for 1 minute and a half at maximum power (800W).
- Add the carrot and parsnip spaghetti to the Steam Case, season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Cut the squid into thin strips and cook them in a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil over high heat.
- Serve the spaghetti and add the squid on top. And you've got your spaghetti vegetable and squid mesclun! You can also make them with other vegetables: zucchini, turnip, carrot...
