Ingredients

  • 150 g of squid
  • 1 medium
  • carrot 1 medium
  • parsnip 1 clove of sliced garlic
  • 1/4 of cayenne or chilli
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Wash carrot and parsnip; then use a Spiral Cutter to get the spaghetti.
  2. Put a tablespoon of oil, garlic and cayenne in the Steam Case 3-4p and cook in the microwave for 1 minute and a half at maximum power (800W).
  3. Add the carrot and parsnip spaghetti to the Steam Case, season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Cut the squid into thin strips and cook them in a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil over high heat.
  5. Serve the spaghetti and add the squid on top. And you've got your spaghetti vegetable and squid mesclun! You can also make them with other vegetables: zucchini, turnip, carrot...
