Delight your palate with this delicious kefir panna cotta!

Ingredients
- Ingredients for preparing kéfir:
- 800 ml refrigerated milk
- 2 tablespoons of granules or 80 g of culture (powdered or prepared kefir)
- Ingredients for preparing kefir panna cottas:
- 300 g kefir
- 100 g cream
- 75 g sugar
- 1 envelope gelatine or 6 sheets
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- If you decide to prepare it at home, you do not need to add it to the purchase list
Method
- How to prepare kefir with the kefir and yogurt machine: pour 800 ml of cold milk into the translucent container. Heat the milk in the microwave at 800 W for 1 minute (25 ºC). Place the filter and grinder in the container. Add 2 tablespoons of kefir granules. Place the container with the lid on the thermal insulator. Ferment for approximately 20 hours. Remove the thermal insulation, uncover and turn the filter 90º. Stir with the grinder and filter the kefir, leaving only the granules in the filter.

- Make the most of your kefir and savor some creamy homemade kefir panna cottas: Recover 300 g of kefir from your previous preparation. Take a small bowl, pour 1 sachet of gelatin and hydrate it with 3 tablespoons of cold water. Reserve Put the cream and sugar in a pot and bring to the boil. Remove from heat and add the hydrated gelatin, vanilla and kefir. Mix with a spoon-spatula until there are no lumps. Place the mixture in the molds and leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Unmolded and done! Give it a touch with what you like the most, honey, nuts, red fruits, etc.
