Ingredients
- 800 ml refrigerated milk
- 2 tablespoons of granules or 80 g of culture (powdered or prepared kefir)
Method
- Pour 800 ml of refrigerated milk into the translucent container.
- Heat the milk in the microwave at 800 W for 1 minute (25 ºC).
- Place the filter and grinder in the container.
- Add 2 tablespoons of kefir granules.
- Place the container with the lid in the heat insulator.
- Ferment for approximately 20 hours.
- Remove from the heat insulator, take the lid off and turn the strainer 90º.
- Stir with the grinder and filter the kefir, leaving only the granules in the strainer.
- Enjoy your homemade kefir!
