Ice cream of mango and yogurt

A refreshing and very easy recipe for homemade yogurt and mango ice cream.

Ingredients
- 100g mango
- 20g brown sugar (optional)
- 350g yogurt
Method
- Mix the 12.3 oz yogurt and 0.7 oz brown sugar (optional) with a blender.
- With this mixture, fill the mould 3/4 of the way full.
- Cut 3.5 oz mango into very small pieces.
- Place them inside each mould.
- Place the moulds in the freezer for 4 hours.
- Remove from the mould and it's ready to enjoy!
