Prepare a delicious and healthy homemade nougat
Ingredients
- 60 gr of coconut oil
- 120 gr of peanut butter
- 30 gr of raw honey (or syrup)
- 100 gr of dark chocolate
- 30 gr of cocoa powder
- 10 gr vanilla
- Salt (optional)
- 150 gr of mix of nuts
Method
- Place the coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla, and honey in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 40 seconds at 800W
- Add the chocolate to the mixture and microwave it again for 30 seconds. Stir the preparation and it for 30 seconds more.
- Add the cocoa powder and mix it until it is lump free.
- Add the whole nuts and stir it.
- Pour the mixture into the rectangular mold Plum Cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Unmold, cut and serve. Enjoy your delicious healthy homemade nougat !
