Prepare a delicious and healthy homemade nougat

Ingredients

  • 60 gr of coconut oil
  • 120 gr of peanut butter
  • 30 gr of raw honey (or syrup)
  • 100 gr of dark chocolate
  • 30 gr of cocoa powder
  • 10 gr vanilla
  • Salt (optional)
  • 150 gr of mix of nuts

Method

  1. Place the coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla, and honey in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 40 seconds at 800W
  2. Add the chocolate to the mixture and microwave it again for 30 seconds. Stir the preparation and it for 30 seconds more.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and mix it until it is lump free.
  4. Add the whole nuts and stir it.
  5. Pour the mixture into the rectangular mold Plum Cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Unmold, cut and serve. Enjoy your delicious healthy homemade nougat !
