Discover your most authentic and creamy yogurt

Ingredients

  • 800 ml refrigerated milk
  • 80 g culture (powder or natural yogurt)

Method

  1. Pour 800 ml of refrigerated milk into the translucent container.
  2. Heat the milk in the microwave at 800 W for 7 minutes (80 ºC).
  3. Let the milk cool for 30 minutes (52 ºC).
  4. Add 80 g of culture. Place the translucent container with the silicone lid in the thermal insulator.
  5. Ferment for approximately 8 hours.
  6. Remove the container from the thermal insulator and pour the yogurt into another container.
  7. Place the filter over the translucent container and pour in the yogurt.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  9. Ready to enjoy your Greek yogurt!
