Bake delicious chocolate donuts at home!

Ingredients
- Oat flour 160 g
- Hazelnut flour 120 g
- Sugar-free cocoa powder 60 g
- Eggs 4
- Natural yogurt 200 g
- Olive oil 40 g
- Baking powder 10 g
- Agave syrup 200 g
- Salt 4 g
- For the topping:
- Chocolate (80% cocoa content) 200 g
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Place the eggs in a bowl with the agave syrup and beat until you get an airy (foamy) mixture.
- Add the yogurt and olive oil to the previous mixture. Beat until you get an even mixture.
- In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, and then add them to the previous mixture. Mix until the ingredients are evenly blended.
- Place the mixture in each chamber of the Mold for donuts using a spoon.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
- Leave to cool and remove.
- For the topping, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix and place it back in the microwave for another 20 seconds until the chocolate is liquid.
- Dip one side of the donut into the chocolate, let the excess drip off and leave to rest until the chocolate hardens. Ready to eat!
