Baked apple sauce with cinnamon and mini buckwheat pancakes with nuts

A delicious breakfast or snack! Rich in nutrients and flavour

Ingredients

  • Apple sauce (2 people):
  • Golden Delicious-type ripe apples 4
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp.
  • Powdered cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
  • Water 2 tbsp.
  • Sweetener to taste (brown sugar, honey...) To taste
  • Pancakes (2 rations):
  • Buckwheat flour 50g
  • Milk (dairy or non-dairy ) 125ml
  • Ripe banana 1 small (50g)
  • Powdered cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
  • Ground flax 1/2 tsp.
  • Ginger, cloves and nutmeg 1 pinch
  • Salt 1 pinch

Method

  1. For the preparation of the apple sauce, peel the apples and cut them into quarters, removing the core.
  2. Add all the ingredients into the Steam Case and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at full power until soft. Remove from the microwave.
  3. Using a blender, blend the compote to the desired texture and add the sweetener and cinnamon to taste.
  4. For the preparation of the pancakes, blend all ingredients with a mixer until you get a smooth, thick mix, and cook the pancakes.
  5. Using a brush, grease the Microwave Grill (or a pan) with olive oil and add 3 tablespoons of dough, let it cook for a minute, and turn and cook for another minute. Remember that you must preheat the Microwave Grill for 3 minutes at full power.
  6. For a full breakfast, fill the jar of the Jar to Go with the apple compote, about 150-200 g.
  7. Put the pancakes in the collapsible container, rolled up, you can turn it upside down!
