Cream of asparagus

Ingredients
- 200 g wild green asparagus
- 100 g of onion
- 50 gr leek
- 2 creamy skimmed cheeses in portions
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- To decorate:
- Dehydrated onion, grilled asparagus or parmesan cheese shavings, depending on your choice.
Method
- Wash the asparagus and cut off the whitest, toughest part of the stem.
- Put the asparagus in the Steam Case with half a glass of water and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power (800 W). Then, set the asparagus and water aside.
- Peel the onion and leek, cut them into thin slices and cook them in the Steam Case for 3 minutes.
- Blend the cooked ingredients together with the cheese and a little olive oil. You can reserve the asparagus tips for later decoration.
- Pour the asparagus cream into glasses, add a little dehydrated onion or parmesan cheese shavings and finish by placing the reserved asparagus tips into the cream.
