Spaghetti with sautéed vegetables

Ingredients
- Spaguetti 160 g
- Onions/div> 40 g
- Carrots 60 g
- Green asparagus 70 g
- Red pepper 60 g
- Roasted cashews 30 g
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Water
Method
- Cut the onion, red pepper, and carrot into small cubes and the asparagus into 2cm pieces.
- Add the cut vegetables to the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker and add two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of water, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir, cover, and microwave for 6 minutes at 800 W. Once cooked, place in a separate container.
- Microwave the spaghetti in the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker.
- Once finished, drain the spaghetti and mix with the cooked vegetables and chopped cashews.
- Complete the dish with other nuts or sunflower seeds. Garnish with paprika or chopped parsley.
