Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 65g butter
- 150g melting chocolate
- 2 yolks
- 5 egg whites
- 35g sugar
- 50g whipped cream
Method
- Melt the chocolate with the butter and mix until homogeneous.
- Add the yolks and mix well.
- Beat the egg whites with the sugar until they form stiff peaks and mix with the previous preparation adding air to the mix.
- Add the cream in the same way.
- Place the mousse in the mould and freeze for 2h.
- Decorate with strawberry coulis and strawberries.
- Let temper for some minutes before serving.
