Bow Tie Pasta with mozzarella, black olives and basil (Caprese Pasta)

Ingredients
- 160 g of pasta ties
- 115 g of fresh mozzarella
- 100 g of tomato (1 tomato)
- 30 g of pitted black olives
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
Method
- Microwave the pasta ties in the PastaCooker following the product instructions.
- Once finished, drain and cool with cold water to stop the cooking. Drain again.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces, cut the mozzarella into cubes and the black olives into slices.
- Add it all to the pasta ties and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Serve with chopped fresh basil leaves as garnish.
- Substitute basil with other aromatic herbs such as oregano, thyme or Provencal herbs.
- An alternative to the black olives are green olives or capers.
