Curried brown rice with vegetables and chicken

Ingredients
- 120 g / 4 oz. brown rice
- 300 ml /8 oz. water
- 100 g / 3.5 oz. turkey breast
- 50 g / 2 oz. carrot
- 50 g / 2 oz. onion
- 20 g / 0.7 oz. mushrooms
- 30 g / 1 oz. green bell pepper
- 30 g / 1 oz. red pepper
- 30 g / 1 oz. cabbage
- 5 g / 0.2 oz. garlic
- 20 g / 0.7 oz. curry
- 50 g / 2 oz. coconut milk
Method
- Cook 120 g of brown rice with 300 ml of water in the Quick Quinoa & Rice Cooker for 18 min in the microwave at maximum power.
- Dice the chicken, carrots, onions, peppers, garlic and cabbage.
- Sauté the vegetables and chicken in a frying pan at high heat.
- Add the curry, the coconut milk and a little water to the frying pan with the vegetables and chicken.
- Add the brown rice once cooked in the frying pan, mix and serve.
