Salmon and dill

Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups + 1 ½ tbsp. (850 ml) fresh milk
- ½ cup + 1 ½ tbsp. (150 ml) cream
- 2 tbsp lemon
- 2 tbsp salmon or lox
- 1 tbsp dill
- Salt
- Mini toast
Method
- Heat the milk for 13-14 minutes in the microwave at full power (800W).
- Once hot, add the lemon juice.
- Cool to room temperature for about 30 minutes
- Strain
- Cover
- Leave to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Mince the salmon.
- Place the cheese, dill, salt and salmon in a bowl;
- Mix well
- Serve with mini toasts.
