Curry crisps

Delicious and healthy curry chips!
Ingredients
- Soaked red lentils 75 g
- Raw potato 60 g
- Salt 1⁄2 tsp
- Tandoori masala curry powder 1⁄2 tbsp
- Curry powder 1⁄2 tbsp
- Carrot 40 g
Method
- Soak the red lentils for 2 to 3 hours.
- Peel and cut the potato and carrot into small pieces. Place the drained lentils, potato, salt, carrot and curry powder in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula until the holes are completely full.
- Remove the top guide and microwave for 4 minutes at 800W. Let the steam escape from the microwave, then cook for 3:30 more minutes.
- Remove the product from the microwave and leave the crisps to stand for 1 minute, or until they cool down and get a crisp texture.
